I named my bakery Oasis because I wanted to refresh others. The bakery items that you see and will taste come from moments of pain, laughter, and joy. I birthed Oasis during the trials of life out of my home kitchen. During these times I served as an Oasis for my community by refreshing them with my bakery items, and I refreshed my home and myself with recipes that came out of the forests of my mind. Recipes laced with turmeric, nutmeg, organic cacao, fine chocolate, and miso began to bloom and became reality. The items you see and will grow to love are recipes that my child and community loves. Hot, hot chili peppers and raspberries are melded together with raw honey and nutmeg. Nice on a warm buttermilk biscuit of ours.

The flavor of these cookies are carved first, with browned butter on a hot stove, accents of vanilla & miso added to the blank canvas of browned butter, and voila! There you have it, these cookies are amazing.
